Making chicken fajita!


It’s been a long time since I’ve done a food entry. I never measure my ingredients lol especially when making food. Baking is another beast.
Fry chicken in a pan adding olive oil and seasoned with:
Oregano, paprika, chilli powder and Cheyenne.
Remove from pan after cooking each side for 5 – 10 minutes. Cut them up.
Add to the same pan:
Peppers, onions, scallions, garlic, hot peppers, and fry to a brown.
Then combine together and cook for 5 minutes. The chicken should be moist and flaky.
Eat with rice, tortilla or taco.
