I live by this principal. Always have. It makes life simpler. You don’t have all this unnecessary guilt or paranoia about being caught in hurting people.
If you speak your truth, act in your truth, do what you feel is right and good for those you care about, you have nothing to hide.
This is partially why I have this blog. If I cant express my feelings, thoughts or experiences, it will eat at me until there’s nothing of me left. I mean….kill myself.
This experience is hard, my life is hard, why make things more complicated if I can’t be bothered to live a conscious life?
