The connection between Titanic and Pompeii
When I saw Titanic I felt a strong connection to it as if it were a past life thing. But it wasn’t. Pompeii was and they are similar events in the fact that many died and it was hard to reach safety. If you ever seen the movie Pompeii (2016) the same chaos and fear felt around the disaster is the same.
I’ve watched so many documentaries on both tragedies. I was obsessed with Titanic first and bought a few books on the subject and then moved on to the Pompeii ones before I found out I had a past life in Pompeii.
So it makes sense now.
My attachment to Titanic was only because I was killed in a similar chaotic fashion. I had a dream the day we learned about Pompeii years after seeing the Titanic movie. I woke up seeing the mountain in my window and I saw a pillar of smoke. I was only 10 years old.
Around 7 to 10 years old I knew I wanted to work with my hands. Papermache and pottery was an interest but I didn’t think I’d be good at it so I never tried. I was a Potter when Mt Vesuvius exploded.
Now I live near Mt Ranier.
I never thought I’d be living close to a mountain again. When we see it on the high way, I smile at it because it’s so pretty.
